Ingredient list

2 tbsp oil
Section 2 onions rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 cup water
2 sticks cinnamon correctly
4 Cardamom (Hull)
5 grains of black pepper debugger
1 / 2 cup wheat
5 cup chicken or beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cutting meat (optional)

Preparation

- Heat oil, add onion and garlic and Iklban well that its color tends to yellow slightly.
- Add water, cinnamon, cardamoms, black pepper and leave the mixture on medium heat for 20 minutes until the onion is cooked.
- Grinding wheat after washing and drying well and add to chicken or beef broth and simmer over medium heat until the boiling temperature and then cut while continuing to stir, and leave until cooked. Add a little water if necessary.
- Incorporates a mixture of wheat and onions, season with salt.
