Coconut tart with almonds and pineapple

1 cup sugar

1 cup pineapple (cut)

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

1 cup powdered sugar

3 / 4 cup ground almonds

1 / 2 tablespoon flour

3 / 41 cup grated coconut

Preparation

- Put the sugar in a pot on medium heat until it melts completely and becomes brown in color (caramel).
