Ingredient list

For the sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 / 11 cup tomato juice, fresh
4 / 1 teaspoon activities
1 tablespoon vinegar

Of Luxury

1 cup brown lentils
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Average Size 2 onions, sliced
2 cups of Egyptian rice
4 cup water
2 / 1 kilo small pasta
Salt and pepper
2 / 11 cup of tomato sauce for Luxury

Preparation

For the sauce

- Heat the oil over medium heat, then add a little garlic and stir for two minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper and chilli, leave until you start to boil and then reduce the heat and leave for about 10 minutes.
- Add the vinegar and leave for 5 minutes and then put aside for the sauce served with Kosheri.

Of Luxury

- Wash and drain lentils.
- Heat the oil over medium heat, then put the onion and stir until it becomes light brown in color.
- Raise onions from the oil and put on a piece of cloth to absorb any excess oil.
- Put the lentils in the same pot and stir and cover with water and season with salt and pepper, reduce temperature and simmer for 25 minutes until it starts to mature.
- Add the washed rice and stir with the lentils and season.
