Stuffed Chicken wings

Ingredient list

1 / 2 kilo chicken wings
1 / 2 kilo minced meat, seasoned and impressive
1 / 2 cup rice, cooked
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup flour seasoned with a mixture of (salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, ground cumin, ground ginger)
2 eggs, scrambled
1 cup crackers (baked dry ground)
Oil for frying

Preparation

- For the processing of chicken wings with a good clean to get rid of the small end of the wing.
- Retains half the quantity, partial bone are separated from each other by a sharp knife to get rid of the bone with a small parts for the second half of the remaining stock, combining meat wing on one side.
